1. Failed transactions
If a vending machine fails to dispense a product after payment, customers may request a refund by contacting info@alafdalvending.com or the on-machine support number. Please include the machine location, date, time and payment reference.
2. Refund method
Verified refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe, subject to the policies of the relevant payment provider.
3. Product quality
If a purchased product is expired, damaged or does not match its description, please contact us with the machine location and product details. We will investigate and issue a refund or replacement where appropriate.
4. Non-refundable items
Products that have been consumed, opened or used are generally not eligible for refund, except in cases of verified quality issues.
5. Cashless payments
For card and digital wallet transactions, refund timelines depend on the issuing bank or wallet provider. Disputed transactions may also be raised directly through your payment provider.
